General trading conditions
The pictorial illustration of products in the online catalogue may differ from its original. Furthermore, the illustration of the products presents a nonbinding online catalogue and does not constitute a binding offer.
An order is considered accepted when you receive a confirmation by WEAVE in the form of an email. For this purpose, WEAVE reserves a period of 7 days. The offer made by WEAVE is valid while stocks last.
Complaints/Returns
Received goods can be returned within two weeks as sufficiently post paid return without indication of reasons. In this case postage for the return is refunded by us. We dont accept not repaid packages! The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To ensure that period, timely posting of the goods is sufficient. In any case the return takes place at our expense and danger. For the return a return-form for the goods is supplied. Return right after § 355 BGB
Manner of Payment
1.Payment by credit card or paypal
2.Cash in advance: We send you as soon as possible an invoice with all references you need for the moneytransfer. After receipt of money we send the goods.
3.Cash on delivery is in foreign countries not possible!
Shipping
We send our goods in a package with DHL or Hermes. The shipping-fee are dependent on the respective country. When the shopsystem cant show the shipping-rate, then contact us, we can tell you the rate.
Delivery conditions
orders are posted on the same day as soon as possible.
Creditcard: 7-14 working-days, dependent on the distance from germany
Cash in advance: 7-14 working-days after receipt of money
No subsequent delivery in foreign countries!
Pricing
All prices are including the valid legal value added tax. Minimum purchase order value 100, – Euro. In case the minimum purchase value is not reached we charge a working lump sum of 6,90 €. Reduced articles or articles of second quality are impossible to money return.
General conditions
With the order our trading conditions are accepted. We reserve the right of changes of any kind. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction for fully qualified traders is Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany).
Warranty
Warranty complies with legal requirements. Warranty cannot be claimed for wastage or deterioration caused by customary use.
If a supplementary performance was fulfilled in the way of a compensation delivery, the purchaser is committed to return the initially sent goods within 30 days to WEAVE at WEAVE`s charge. The return of deficient goods has to be made considering legal requirements.
You commit yourself to check the goods at the arrival for obvious defects.
Final clauses
By the invalidity of one clause of these terms and conditions the remaining clauses of terms and conditions do not loose their validity.
If the customer is a businessman, corporate body under public law or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all litigation arising form this contract will be the registered office WEAVE. Equal conditions will be applied if the customer does not possess a place of jurisdiction or residence or the customer´s habitual residence is not known at the time of commencement of proceedings. Optionally, WEAVE is authorized to invoke the courts at a different legally place of jurisdiction.
