Weave is a young and successful designer label from Germany with its head quarter based in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Weave is a business where everything revolves around sports, creation, its focus is on the love of design and product quality. A non-hierarchical organizational structure has developed around it; in the design centers and in the logistics center in Ohlstadt and with all freelancers. Sales Manager

We wish to appoint a new sales manager for the German and Swiss market. You are full of energy and want to influence the development of a young company. You are looking for an opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies, where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.

The role
- reporting directly to the CEO you will hold full sales responsibility for a range of clothing (sports, and street wear)
- you will manage a team of National Key Account Managers across a variety of sectors and routes to market, leading by example to deliver sales, margins and continued market penetration.

The requirements:
- ideally you have a degree and are MBA qualified. You do possess a track record of achieving and beating sales targets
- as a strong communicator, you will be comfortable operating across multiple major retail chains and independent companies.
